Once upon on a time there lived a very clever elephant. He used to take bath in a river. After bath he would return by same road every day. The shopkeepers by the side of the road gave him banana, plantain and other sweet things to eat. There was a mischievous tailor on the way. He was envious of the elephant.
One day the tailor raised his hand as if he was going to give something to the elephant. The elephant held out his trunk to receive the offer. But the tailor pricked the trunk with his needle. The next day the elephant came from the river with his trunk filled with muddy water. He spilt the water into the tailor’s shop. All the clothes in the shop were spoiled by the muddy water .Thus the elephant took revenge upon the wicked
